Per Charlie's request here is a how to make the strength creases in the rescue body doors
Step 1: Make a jig of brass stock and 020 plastic shims, make the jig as long as the diagonal length of your longest door.

Step 2: Cut your door to size using 020 sheet styrene. Mark diagonals on the door, then scribe the diagonals with an Exacto knife, do not cut through them. about 5 swipes should do.

Step 3: Place the door in the jig (this is my original one in plastic) ad bend to about a 60 degree angle careful no to snap the plastic.

The first crease will look like this:

The second fold will give your door this look, just a little bending will get the door to lay flat

You finished door will look like this on your squad.
