Flamingo Bay Station 1

Postby Icheymon on Wed Nov 08, 2017 4:53 pm

We got some sun here today in Central PA and I shot some group photos. I was pretty happy until I realized I didnt have the Battalion Buggy in any of the pictures. Because its still upstairs...in the box....unassembled. This old age thing is confusing sometimes. Could have sworn I built that!!!

Great looking set! I love the Crown! That is the one model I would love to have. Did you custom make that cab?

That's nice looking lettering, Rich. What are you using for making them?

Stars at night. You see them due to the light traveling from them. What you see is the stars past. If you are seeing a star that's 6,000 yrs ago. Imagine somebody on that star looking at us. They'd be seeing us as 6,000 yrs ago. Which of those two is now?

Wow, a great collection of well detailed models.

My apalogies for not getting back sooner. Work has been insane for the past couple of weeks.
RickW, the cab is an old Rick Manz csting from the aerly 90's. I have a couple more upstairs.
Charlie the decals I had made by a guy on FireEngines.net. He did and 8 1/2 x 11 sheet for under $70 a long time ago. I need to get more made....when I have time. Yeah, that could happen.

The whole group is special. Nice work on all of them. Know what you mean about time, Rich. So many models to build..so little time (in spite of being retired!).
