I saw one of these kits at Hobbytown for over $50, I said no way and bought 2 other kits instead.

Unless they are going to release the diecast in other liveries, that's it! What I would like to know is when Lindberg is going to release thiers? It's supposed to be based on the other excellent kits, and I hope with the correct detail. :D

As to the Jada, it sucks! It's nothing more than an R/T with holes for lightbar and pushbars. It still has the regular center console, with shifter. I have both the white and b&w versions. Disappointed.

Stayed tuned ....... I hope to be able to share some good news from Lindberg regarding the Charger Police car kit real soon.

If they can market it for half of what Testors wants for theirs I'll buy at least 4 of them.

An update.

The same Hobbytown that had it for $50, now has it for $36.

Still too pricy considering you can get the Revell Chevy Impala for $18, and the Lindburg for about the same price if not a little less.

The Testor's kit is too pricey of a kit..especially since you have to strip the decals and paint off to be able to build any city other than the Dodge demo car. It sounds like the Lindberg kit is going to be a much better buy.
