Here is the Heller CL 215 made up with a fictitious LAFD paint scheme circa 80's when LA was pondering purchase of CL 215's for fire fighting

Greg,
Very inspiring! I remember seeing them for the first time several years ago at the Firehouse Expo in Baltimore. I was amazed then as I am today! You have the largest aviation division of any scale civilian agency I know of. You inspired me to start collecting and building helicopter and aircraft kits. I have only completed on thus far, with several in various stages of progress. Thanks Greg!

Thanks Dave,
I'm sure there are others out there, I am so glad to be able to share with a wider audience on this forum, Baltimore Expos were something else, Thanks to Chesapeake Modelers for the great effort and stage for us to display on.

Had to reply to another post in another web site so I took this pic, It's Monogram's 1/72 snap kit that was a mate to the Jet Ranger snap kit

Very nice LAFD's! Did you make your own decals for the 1/32 Huey or were they from the old revel kit from the old Code Red TV show release?
Sure do remember the different snap-tite helicopter monogram had. The Jet Ranger LAPD was a nice kit!

Cheers
