Chris,
Congrats to you, Sara, and Steven! It is a very exciting time. Take your time, and DON"T get Home Depot or Lowes credit cards! 15 years ago, when we first moved into our new house, we made trips almost daily. Before we knew it, we had ammassed several thousand dollars in purchasing tools, lawn mowers, ladders, etc. to use at our new place. It took several years to pay off that debt. Enjoy your new place. I'll bet you already have a little space planned out for modeling... :D

Good luck with the move, I never like the actual move part, but having a new place can be fun.

Congratulations, Chris. Don't forget to set aside some space for "Man Town"! (LOL)

The basement is heated and has tile.. so plenty of room to build models... and add a 4the bed romm with a game room. and still have a place for models... :)
