Trying to keep it simple please Post a Photo of the real Emergency Light or Siren and then were the scale model counterpart can be found be it a kit, aftermarket, or member's how to. Photos are a must. to keep it simple and so that everyone knows exactly what you are referring to.

Chris,

About what size would you say those flashers are on the Cop Out bar?

Just thinking how nice it would be to drill them out a little and replace them with some MV Lenses. 8-)

Why not just sand them down and use some 5 min epoxy if you want more of a clear lens look?

Thats a possibility, but from experience I found that epoxy yellows over time.

Besides, those MV lenses come in different colors.

The Models can be found in the old Johan kits such as the rambler, Plymouth wagon and the fury Police car, the AMT American LaFrance kits. The new release of the AMT 1957 snap Blazer has six extra lights in it than can be used with the AMT ALF base's to make a really nice Model 17 light. The Chrome Skirt can come in many Heights and were cut to fit.

From L to R Firemodelman Glass Beacon Ray, Johan, and AMT ALF base with the lights from the Blazer.

Aero Dynic. And mini Dynic

Theses can be found in the AMT rescue 911 Ambulance (also Cannonball run) the Revel of Germany Peterbilt wrecker and the AMT Joker Goon car. I also think Chimmyville has some at one time. You can make a Mini Dynic by cutting down a full size one.

Code 3 XL.

Can be found in the AMT Ecto-1 Kit or the PolorLights Ecto-1 kit Comes clear and a very nice light. The kit version has no middle sire area and it and "ALL LIGHT" bar great for a newer ambulance of Fire truck. If you want a middle siren section just paint the middle light silver or cover with BMF.
