Anywho...........the style lightbar I need is a code 3 SD2100 lightbar in red/red for a model im doing. I bought the ford C600 pepsi truck, and want to make it as my former FDs pumper truck.

That Looks a Lot like a Fed Twinsonic on the outside
And the Internals look More like what is Inside the MPC 'Twinsonic' than an Actual Twinsonic!!!
2 rotators with a 'Diamond' shaped mirror in between in each side

A Standard Length version is available in the MPC Snap kit 75 Chevy Blazer Emergency unit!
That kit has been re-issue With the Emergency Rescue decals Twice in the past 10 years and should
be fairly easy to find

yea i hear that alot about the twinsonic and the SD bars.........but they BOTH have some differences, and you wouldnt know unless you look at both bars.

Domes on both bars are NOT the same
internals for a twinsonic WONT fit the SD bars (and vice versa)
Twinsonic domes have lips on both domes.......SD bars DONT (only one side does).

You could make that by using two red toothbrushes and fabbing a plastic center covered with chrome film.

Here is the Chrome tree of the Blazer kit. Look at the Lightbar base.
Doesn't that look Much closer to the SD that A Twinsonic??

There's a guy on Ebay that offers a solid, one piece resin one (no clear lenses). It seems a little expensive though.

Missing Link does a re-pop of the lightbar from that Blazer kit. Clear lenses, great quality. It looks like he lists most, if not all of his stuff in his e-bay store now as the website is a bit lacking.
